These terms apply whenever you use PracticeNexa. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else sit an exam as you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Sitting an exam

• Follow the instructions shown before each exam. Some exams are timed and some are monitored.
• Do not use notes, another device or another person unless the exam says you may.
• Do not copy, photograph, record or republish any question, passage or answer.
• We may void an attempt, and your institution may take further action, where an exam has not been sat honestly.

Content and ownership

Questions, study material and everything else on this site belong to Logical Software or to the examiner who created them. You may use them to prepare and to sit your exams, and for nothing else.

Payments

Where an exam or package is paid for, the price is shown before you pay. Refunds are covered by our Return and Refunds page.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, such as a failure of your own device or internet connection during an exam.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [add your jurisdiction].
